SERVICEABILITY

We currently ship pan-India, to all pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. In the rare event that your pin code is not serviceable, we will notify you at the time of order placement or shortly after, and your order will be cancelled with a full refund credited to your original payment method.

SHIPPING CHARGES

We offer free shipping on all orders placed on the Website, with no minimum order value requirement.

ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

DELIVERY TIMELINES

Orders are typically delivered within 4–6 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment via email and/or SMS. You can use this link to monitor the status of your delivery in real time.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If our courier partner is unable to deliver your order due to your unavailability, incorrect address, or any other reason, you will be notified and the package will typically be held for a re-delivery attempt. If delivery continues to be unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and our support team will reach out to you to arrange redelivery or process a refund, as applicable.

DELAYS

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery and notify us immediately at support@fuelled.in or by calling us at 7566336000.
