Returns, Exchanges, Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Fuelled, our goal is to bring to market the highest quality and best tasting health food products in the world. We know what you must be thinking — “I’ve heard that before from other companies,” right? The difference is, we at Fuelled stand behind our commitment.
We want the best; these are products that we use every day and were born out of a problem that we were facing, and we love them! We believe you will too — so much so that we offer a 100% no hassle, no questions asked, satisfaction guarantee.
Our guarantee is simple: if you purchase our products and you’re not fully convinced with the quality or the taste, just contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return for a refund of your purchase price. Please refer to our Returns, Exchanges & Replacements policy to know in detail what you’re eligible for.

2. Returns, Exchanges & Replacements
We want every experience with Fuelled to feel worth it. If something isn’t right, we’re here to sort it out.
Eligibility
• All return, exchange, and replacement requests must be initiated within 7 days of your date of delivery.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging in the same condition as received.
• Discounts and promotions do not apply to returned or exchanged items.
• Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for a refund. However, exchanges and replacements are available for sale items, subject to the same eligibility conditions as regular items.
Product-Specific Eligibility
To qualify for a full refund, exchange, or replacement, the following consumption limits apply based on product format:
Tier 1 — Sachets & Units (e.g. single serve protein sachets, protein bars)
• Pack sizes vary — please refer to the pack size listed on our website.
• No more than 3 sachets or units from the pack must have been consumed.
• If more than 3 have been consumed, you are still eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement of the remaining unopened sachets or units only — not the full pack.
• If the item was purchased on sale, a refund will not be applicable. Exchange or replacement of eligible units only.
Tier 2 — Jars & Tubs (e.g. whey protein tubs, creatine)
• Jars and tubs are not eligible for return or refund. They can only be exchanged or replaced with a different flavour or a different product of the same order value.
• No more than 4 scoops of the product must have been consumed to be eligible for an exchange or replacement.
• If more than 4 scoops have been consumed, the product will not be eligible for an exchange or replacement.
• If the item was purchased on sale, exchange or replacement is subject to the consumption limit above.
Tier 2 — Bags (e.g. whey protein 1 kg bags)
• Bags are eligible for exchange or replacement only. Refunds are not available for this format, regardless of whether the item was purchased at full price or on sale.
• The returned bag must pass our Quality Check (QC) and must weigh no less than 700 grams upon receipt. Bags weighing below 700 grams will not qualify for an exchange or replacement.
Exchanges & Replacements
Exchanges and replacements are available in the following cases:
• You received a wrong item (different product or variant from what you ordered).
• You received a damaged or defective product.
• You are not satisfied with a product and would like to exchange it for a different one.
For exchanges and replacements, you may choose any product from our website, up to the same order value. To request one, contact us at support@fuelled.in or call us at 7566336000 within 7 days of delivery. Please share your order details along with a clear photograph of the item received — this helps us resolve things faster for you.
Please refer to the Product-Specific Eligibility section above to understand the consumption limits applicable to your product before initiating an exchange or replacement request.
Wrong item received — shipping costs
If you have received a wrong item due to an error on our end, the return pickup and re-delivery shipping costs will be fully borne by Fuelled Nutrition. You will not be charged anything for the return or the replacement shipment.
Change of mind exchanges — shipping costs
If you would like to exchange a product because you do not like it, a logistics fee of Rs. 300 (Rs. 150 for pickup + Rs. 150 for re-delivery) will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the order value of the replacement.
Exchanges and replacements are not available for change-of-mind purchases where the product does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.
Return Shipping
All returns are handled exclusively through Fuelled Nutrition’s pickup service — we do not accept self-shipped returns. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup from your delivery address.
A logistics charge of Rs. 150 for pickup and Rs. 150 for re-delivery will be applicable, totalling Rs. 300. This amount will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges and replacements, the Rs. 300 logistics charge will be collected separately at the time of resolution.
Note: No return shipping charges apply if you received a wrong item — see above.
3. Refunds
How the process works
1. Once you reach out to us for a return, exchange, or replacement, we initiate a pickup request. This is usually scheduled within 1–2 business days.
2. Once picked up, the product typically takes 7–10 days to reach our warehouse.
3. On arrival, the product goes through our Quality Check (QC) process.
4. Once it passes QC, you become eligible for a refund, exchange, or replacement, as applicable. Please refer to our Returns, Exchanges & Replacements section to understand what you qualify for based on your product and its condition.
Eligibility
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges & Replacements policy. The amount refunded will depend on the condition and quantity of the product returned. We encourage you to review that section before initiating a refund request to understand what you are eligible for.
What gets refunded
• A refund is only applicable for Sachets & Units (Tier 1 products), and only up to the eligible quantity as outlined in our Product-Specific Eligibility terms.
• Jars, Tubs, and Bags (Tier 2 products) are not eligible for a refund under any circumstance. These can only be exchanged or replaced.
• Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are not included in the refund.
Where it goes
Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase — whether that’s your card, UPI, or any other payment mode.
How long it takes
• Once your returned product passes QC, we process your refund within 7 business days.
• Once processed, your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–7 working days to reflect the credit in your account. This is outside our control, but if you don’t see it after that window, please reach out to us at support@fuelled.in or call us at 7566336000 and we’ll look into it right away.
4. Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped by reaching out to us at support@fuelled.in or by calling us at 7566336000.
How to cancel
Please include your order number in your email or mention it when you call, so we can locate your order quickly and process the cancellation without delay.
Refunds for cancelled orders
If your order was prepaid and is cancelled before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund — no deductions or charges. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days, and your bank may take an additional 5–7 working days to reflect the credit.
Once an order has been shipped
If your order has already been shipped, we’re unable to cancel it. In this case, once the product is delivered, you may initiate a return in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges & Replacements policy.
Fraudulent or suspicious orders
Fuelled Nutrition reserves the right to cancel any order identified as fraudulent or suspicious. In such cases, if the order was prepaid, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s original payment account.
